Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Liver ( kaleji ) - 1/4 kg


  • Tumeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt- 1 teaspoon


  • Water - 1/2 cup


  • Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoon


  • Ginger chopped - 1/2 tablespoon


  • Capsicum ( if big )- 1/2


  • Soy sauce - 1 & 1/2 tablespoon


  • Tomato ketchup - 3 tablespoon


  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon


  • Garlic jullienne cut for garnishing - 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Wash liver , strain all water from it. In cooker add liver with tumeric powder , salt and water mix well. Close lid take 3 to 4 whistle.
  • . In pan add oil when oil is heated add gg paste and chopped garlic in it saute well.
  • Add sliced capsicum in it saute well.
  • Add kaleji or liver with both sauces mix well cook for 2 min .
  • Takeout it in plate garnish with julienne cut garlic and chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot .
